What Are EvoChrome Weapons?

What's Special About EvoChrome?

EvoChrome weapons are different to regular weapons because rather than having to spend bars to upgrade them, you can do so but simply inflicting damage with them.

The more damage you do with an EvoChrome weapon, the more powerful it becomes. You can take these weapons all the way from uncommon (their base rarity) to Mythic in a single match!

Despite there only being two EvoChrome weapons at the moment, we are expecting more weapons to be added to the EvoChrome lineup throughout Season 4. Which weapon do you want to see chrome-ified first?

Where to Find EvoChrome Weapons

Due to their affliction, EvoChrome weapons can only be found in areas of the map where the chrome has taken hold. The easiest way to find them is by opening a chrome chest in one of these areas.

However, the EvoChrome weapons can be found on the ground in these areas too. Finally, the most satisfying way to get your hands on an EvoChrome weapon is to defeat an enemy who holds one!

You cannot currently turn a normal weapon into an EvoChrome one using Chrome Splash.
