Ripsaw Launcher and Firework Flare Gun Added to Fortnite

The announcement came from the official Fortnite Twitter page, declaring that both weapons were now in the game and they are planning on retweeting clips of players using the Ripsaw Launcher.

The Ripsaw Launcher has actually been available in the game for a while now, being found in the Chop Shop location and only that location. That has now changd with this announcement The Ripsaw launcher can now be found as floor loot, in chests and supply drops for the next week until the 21.20 Update for Fortnite on Tusday, 5th July 2022.

Alongside this, the Flare Gun has been unvaulted and is also now found as floor loot, in chest and supply drops but this one appears to be permanent for the season.

Now known as the Firework Flare Gun, the weapon has a fresh coat of paint to make it look more like a traditional firework and shoots out colourful explosions instead of the flare. The weapon still works exactly the same as before, being used to mark the location of opponents. This new variant is purely a cosmetic change to better reflect the Season 3 title of "Vibin"
