Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 is almost over, with the season set to end next week.
But, that means we've now got Season 7 to look forward to and it is set to be a huge one.
Here is everything you need to know about Fortnite this week.
Season 7 Is Almost Here
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is right around the corner, with the season expected to begin on June 8th.
The new season will bring a new Battle Pass, lots of new skins, weapons, and other changes, as well as a live event either towards the end of Season 6 or as an intro event in Season 7 like we saw with this season.
Fortnite Crew Pack June 2021 Revealed
In a blog post, Epic Games revealed more about Mecha Team Leader and the other items that will be included as part of the set.
"Mecha Cuddle Master — made of steel but still snuggly — is the star of June 2021’s Fortnite Crew Pack. In addition to the Mecha Cuddle Master Outfit, this Pack features the sleek Psytronic Bow Back Bling, the fuel-powered Nuzzle Jet Pickaxe, and the decorative Cuddle Mech Wrap. Multiple editions of the Outfit, Back Bling, and Pickaxe were assembled: the pink default Style, the white and black Midnight Style, and the white and red Royale Style."
Recently, we have seen a new Team Leader style skin appear in Loading Screens, now it has been revealed that the skin, called the Mecha Team Master, will be the featured skin in the Fortnite Crew Pack next month.

Aliens Are Coming
The Foreshadowing Quests have gone live, which sees players find telescopes across the map, as well as find a downed helicopter.
It has also been leaked that aliens will be coming to the game and will play a large role in each match, with aliens abducting up to 20 players and teleporting them to a different part of the map.
It hasn't been leaked whether this will take place before the end of Season 6 or will be a new mechanic for Season 7.
HYPEX has revealed that we won't be getting a Season 6 event, but possibly a Season 7 intro event like we saw in Season 6, but will see hints at aliens in the lobby leading up to the new season.
Week 12 Challenges
The Season 6 week 12 challenges will be going live on Thursday at 9 am EST/2 pm BST.
Epic Quests
Here are the Fortnite Season 6 week 12 Epic Quests:
- Visit the Zero Point (1)
- Craft pistols (3)
- Defeat a spire guardian (1)
- Hunt predators (3)
- Tame boars outside of Colossal Crops (1)
- Chicken Glide at Colossal Crops (1)
- Raid an artifact from Stealthy Stronghold and from Coral Castle (1)
Each Epic Quest is worth 24,000 XP, meaning that completing them all with net players 168,000 XP, or about two levels.
Legendary Quests
Here are the Season 6 week 12 Legendary Quests:
- Spend gold bars (150/300/450/600/750)
But, you need to be quick because the Legendary Quest will only be in the game for one week before disappearing.
Season 6 Week 9 Legendary Quests
- Catch Fish (50, 100, 150, 200, 250)
The first task grants you 35,000 XP with the next four granting 24,500 XP
Batman X Fortnite Zero Point #5 Out Next Week
The second issue of the new Fortnite X Batman Zero Point comic book series is due to be released on Wednesday, June 2nd.
Zero Point will be a six-part series that sees Batman once again end up on the Fortnite island after being sucked into the Zero Point loop.
He will then have to try and find his way back home by discovering how the loop works.
The series will run from April-July with new issues being released every two weeks.
