Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 Challenges: Release Date, Time, Challenge Guide, Rewards & more

Season 5 is now fully underway, and we've got Week 8 challenges on the way!

So here are the leaked Fortnite Week 8 quests.

Release Time

New challenges on Fortnite will go live at 9am EST/2pm GMT on Thursday, January 21st.

Week 8 Quests

The Week 8 challenges were revealed after the 15.21 update went live.

The challenges this week are:

Legendary Quest

• Eat Fish (10/20/30/40/50)

The first completion is worth 55,000 XP, while the rest are worth 22,000, giving players 143,000 XP to earn.

But be quick, the challenge will disappear after one week.

Epic Quests

• Destroy apple and tomato produce boxes at The Orchard Farmers Market (3)
• Drive a car through the corn field at Steel Farm (1)
• Deliver a truck to Sunflower's Farm (1)
• Pistol Damage (250)
• Collect Gold Bars (500)
• Blow up a gas pump (1)
• Distance traveled Gliding (3500)

Each challenge is worth 20,000 XP, giving players 140,000 XP to earn.

Release Date

Fortnite Season 5 Week 8 challenges will be arriving on Thursday, 14 January 2021.

TheGrefg Icon Skin

Spanish streamer and YouTuber, TheGrefg, is the next creator to receive their own Icon Series skin in Fortnite.

TheGrefg revealed the skin last week, smashing live stream viewership records with over 2.3 million viewers tuning in live.

The bundle is now in the Item Shop and costs 1,500 V-Bucks for just the skin, and 1,800 V-Bucks for the full bundle.

TheGrefg Icon Series bundle includes TheGrefg skin, the Staff of Control pickaxe, and Controller Crew emote.
