In a surprise drop, Fortnite has finally revealed the long-awaited Nick Fury skin. Better yet, it's available to buy right now!
The Director of S.H.I.E.L.D's arrival was rumoured a long time ago but all was quiet in recent months up until his official arrival. Here's everything you need to know about the skin and bundle including how many V-Bucks it will set you back.
Nick Fury Fortnite Bundle
This isn't the first time that a crossover bundle has been revealed right before release as the same happened with the Resident Evil one during Fortnitemares. Despite the crossovers being leaked in both cases, it still makes for a nice surprise when the skins show up in-game.
Nick Fury's Fortnite bundle includes the base outfit, as expected, but also includes the F.I.E.L.D Pack Back Bling, Director's Scythe Pickaxe and First-Strike Infiltration Glider.
The Back Bling is included with the outfit but the Pickaxe and Glider can be purchased separately if you wish. Buying the entire S.H.I.E.L.D Set will however grant you access to the Quinjets in Flight Loading Screen which cannot be purchased any other way.
The whole set will set you back 2,000 V-Bucks which seems like a steal considering similar bundles can often start at around 200 V-Bucks more! The individual cost of items will see you spending a lot more. Nick Fury's outfit and Back Bling bundle will cost 1,500 V-Bucks while the Glider and Pickaxe cost 800 V-Bucks each.
The addition of yet another crossover skin does have some Fortnite purists wondering if the original skins haven't been pushed to the side a little this season.
There is usually a nice balance between the two that might favour original skins but this season has seen the collaboration skins dominate the item store.
