Since its release in 2017, Fortnite has become one of the most popular games in the world and is now on its 14th season.
The game really set the standard and formula for how free to play games should be and how they should monetize the game.
Fortnite is currently on Chapter 2 Season 4, which is an entirely Marvel themed season, with the likes of Iron Man, Wolverine, and Thor being playable in the game.
Fortnite leaker MarDIt_ shared a survey they received from Epic Games, revealing a possible subscription model coming in the future.
These surveys are generally sent out once per season to random players.
The surveys usually ask about different mechanics and features in the current season, as well as opinions of future things they may be working on.
Part of the survey asked about the possibility of a monthly subscription model that could come to Fortnite.
Earlier this year it was rumoured that players would be able to pay for all of the years Battle Passes, and gain some exclusive outfits for a one off payment, it appears that they've abandoned that idea now.
Instead the monthly subscription could take its place.
The planned named for the subscription will be the Monthly Crew Pack.
The leaked image shows that the pack will include access to the current seasons Battle Pack, 1,000 V-Bucks, as well as exclusive skins and cosmetics like the Crew Ninja outfit.
Crew Ninja will also come with an additional style, Back Bling, and pickaxe.
During the survey it also asked about whether players would like it to include the ability to choose one free skin from the Item Shop every month.
Epic Games also asked for opinions of prices for the subscription, with prices ranging from $4.99 and $18.99.
