Fortnite Predator Skin: Leaks, Release Date, Trailer, Emote, Easter Eggs, Stealthy Stronghold & more

The infamous Predator looks to be the next "Hunter" arriving in Fortnite.

Here's what we know about the classic character crash-landing on the island.

Fortnite Predator Quests

As reported by Gfinity, we are now aware of the Predator themed quests!

They are as follows:

  • Find mysterious pod
  • Talk with Beef Boss, Remedy and Dummy
  • Collect 3 Medkits
  • Collect Legendary weapons or rarer
  • Defeat Predator
  • Complete a bounty as Predator
  • Visit Predator's apartment in Hunter's Havan as Predator
  • Spend 30 seconds within 10m of a player as Predator
  • Deal Damage while thermal is active as Predator

The quests will unlock at 9am ET / 2pm GMT.

Predator Skin

Despite those challenges going live later, it's still unclear of how you can get hold of Predator yourself!

There are several clues for a Predator skin in Fortnite already, and you can find them on the map now. These are located in the Stealthy Stronghold.

This includes what looks to be the Predator lock-on effect as well as the truck generator and crashed helicopter from the 1987 Predator film.

There is also another hint in the Fortnite audio tapes describing the approach of Season 5. In Reality Log 1987 #1 of 6, there is a moment where James says the word "predators". As he says it, you can hear the call of the Predator in the background.

Another new Fortnite audio tape, Reality Log 2053105-28, gives us more hints that the Predator is coming to the game - ending in "Welcome to the Jungle", a comic book story in the Predators series.

Invisibility Tech

Perhaps the coolest Predator addition of them all is that if you can defeat him, you can unlock Predator's invisibility tech.

Predator Emote

A new leak ahead of Update v15.21 has appeared on the web showing the new Predator Emote.

The clip has come from notorious Fortnite leaker Shiina BR.

Trailer

Like there was for Kratos, expect there to be a short trailer celebrating Predator's arrival.

Season 5 Skins

Fortnite Season 5 has had some exciting skins like Master Chief, Kratos, and The Mandalorian. This all falls under the "hunter" theme that Epic Games have teased for the season.

The Predator is a dangerous creature that always gets its quarry, and is a perfect match for Fortnite Season 5's hunter theme.

Battle Pass Skins

While Fortnite have confirmed the Season 5 Battle Pass skins, the late addition of Kratos was a direct to store skin. This means that the Predator could follow suit.
