Football Manager 2022's RECORD BREAKING Year

Football Manager 2022 has arrived to critical acclaim, with the game receiving a rapturous reception since its full release on Tuesday 9 November.

With the game's brand new features becoming an instant hit with fans, the Football Manager 'gaffer' Miles Jacobson has taken to Twitter to release some of the amazing stats that has seen Football Manager 2022 become a record-breaker.

FM22's Record Breaking Year

SI head Miles Jacobson recently took to Twitter to announce some brand new stats relating to Football Manager 2022, with records being broken across all formats.

Jacobson revealed that a total of 1.5 million players have started their managerial careers in FM22, with 120 million matches already simulated in less than 3 months.

With 2 million seasons completed and 4.2 million trophies won, Football Manager 2022 players have been lapping up success, with new features like the Data Hub going a long way to aid success in the world of virtual management.

It hasn't been all bells and whistles, however, with 42,000 Football Manager 2022 players facing the dreaded managerial chop, with Jacobson revealing that some unlucky players have also contributed to that stat on multiple occasions.

Better Than Ever

It isn't surprising that Football Manager 2022 has broken so many records for the series, with this year's addition considered to be the best instalment to date.
