It's that time of the week again - a new Silver Stars player has just landed in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team and once again EA has put a twist on proceedings.
Union Berlin midfielder Andras Schafer has been selected for a Silver Stars item in FUT 23 but this time it's a Road to the Final (RTTF) version.

Start & Expiry Dates
As always, you'll have just one week to unlock the Silver Stars Schafer at which point your shot at this card will expire.
Start Date: Wednesday, 22 February at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT
Expiry Date: Wednesday, 1 March at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT
Objective Requirements
The regular Ultimate Team aficionados among you will already know exactly what needs to be done to unlock the weekly Silver Stars item.
As has been the standard for some time, you'll have these three objectives to complete if you want to get your hands on the 70-rated Schafer card.
All three tasks must be completed in the Live FUT Friendly: Silver Lounge.
The objectives are as follows:
- Win 3 matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Silver Lounge
- Score 8 goals in the Live FUT Friendly: Silver Lounge
- Assist 6 goals in the Live FUT Friendly: Silver Lounge
Player review
Andras Schafer's Silver Stars card does boast some solid stats, especially for a 70 OVR item.
83 Pace is great for a central midfielder, along with 81 Dribbling and 80 Passing.
EA has also handed the Hungarian centre-mid four-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot.
When considering whether to put the effort in to unlock the Silver Stars Schafer item, it's important to remember that this may not be the final evolution of the card.
All Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference Road to the Final items are eligible for four further upgrades.
Schafer's RTTF item will receive an upgrade each time Union Berlin succeeds at select stages throughout the tournament.
The Road to the Final items will be upgraded when a player's team:
- Wins 1st knockout game after the campaign launch.
- Qualifies for Quarter-Finals.
- Qualifies for Semi-Finals.
- Qualifies for the Final.
- Wins the Final.
