The first Player of the Month (POTM) Squad Building Challenges of FIFA 23 are starting to arrive, with the likes of Marcus Rashford and Neymar winning the September award for their respective leagues.
The official EA Sports FIFA Twitter account has just announced the winner of the Bundesliga's Player of the Month award for September 2023.
The winner's card will no doubt be joined in the Squad Building Challenges section by a Rulebreakers card in just a couple of days' time.
So, check out who has claimed a boosted SBC card in FIFA 23 and how you can unlock it for your Ultimate Team below.
Niclas Fullkrug (OVR 84)
Start Date: Thursday, 13 October
Expiry Date: Thursday, 17 November
You will only need to submit one squad in order to unlock the 84-rated POTM Niclas Fullkrug card for your Ultimate Team.
The requirements are as follows:
- Bundesliga Players: Min. 1 in your starting 11
- Team Overall Rating: Min. 84
- Number of players in the Squad: 11
Estimated Cost: TBC
With the international break cutting domestic competitions short in September, Bundesliga stars only had two or three games to make their case for the POTM award.
Two goals against VfL Bochum were enough to see Niclas Fullkrug claim the Bundesliga's Player of the Month award this time around.
He has been firing regularly for Werder Bremen all season, with his fifth goal in five games coming in that match.
Unfortunately, the 29-year-old German striker is not the most 'meta' card in the world, but the new game mechanics make someone of his stature useable in-game.
