November is here and that means one thing and one thing only in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team - the free FUT Hero packs are coming!
Those of you that pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 23 before Sunday, 21 August are entitled to a FUT Hero card in exchange for absolutely no coins.
So, find out how you can claim your FUT Hero in Ultimate Team below.
How to claim FUT Hero
Claiming your free FUT Hero player item couldn't be simpler.
All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- Launch FIFA 23.
- Sign into your Ultimate Team account.
- Open the Store.
- Head tot he 'My Packs' section of the Store.
- Your FUT Hero pack will be waiting for you.
If your FUT Hero pack is not in the My Packs section of the store, you'll need to close and re-launch Ultimate Team.
It's important to note that the free FUT Hero card that you get in the pre-order pack will be untradeable.
