FIFA 22: What to do in Ultimate Team this week

With many different tasks and game modes, FIFA 22 Ultimate Team can be a tricky place to prioritise your playtime in.

We have you covered, with this weekly look at all the objectives and SBCs, letting you know what to look out for and where to avoid.

Where possible we will also be highlighting how to combine multiple objectives, to streamline your play.

Monday

Team of the Season content continues to roll on, with the Serie A, Rest of the World and MLS TOTS squads now in packs.

The Live FUT Friendly: First Goal Cup is running until the end of Season 6, so you still have a few days to pick up as many wins in your allocated matches as possible.

A new Live FUT Friendly: Serie A Cup has also been introduced, with corresponding objectives where you can gain packs as rewards to make the most of the promo, so make sure you play your allocated five matches a day until you've gained all the prizes.

Bear in mind that this friendly mode also plays Golden Goal, so be prepared to attack from the off!

Once again there are a few objective players you can add to your squad for free, with representation from each promo team, and you can combine a few of the requirements.

The requirements for TOTS Lautaro Martinez mean you need to play in the Live FUT Friendly: Serie A Select, so you can't double up with the TOTS Moments Maxime Lopez, which need to be completed in Squad Battles or Rivals.

However, you can complete the objectives for TOTS Strefezza and TOTS Lucas Zelarayan in any FUT game mode, so you will already be working through some of the generic tasks and can bring on Brazilian and MLS players from the bench to score so you are completing a couple more.

You can even play a Serie A side with seven Brazilian starters in the Serie A Select friendly to fully double up on the Martinez and Strefezza objectives.

Another option is to make a Brazilian/MLS side to combine the Strefezza and Zelarayan tasks.

You have until Friday, 10 June to complete the Martinez and Lopez objectives, Saturday, 11 June for the Strefezza ones and Sunday, 12 June for the Zelarayan ones, so they should be first on your to-do list.

If you don't bring Maxim or Hoedt to your club it won't be the end of the world, as they both play in minor leagues and you are unlikely to be using them in any of your main squads, however, if you are playing the matches to gain TOTS Swaps 2 tokens then you may as well complete the whole set.

With loads of prizes available from Swaps, you will want to gain as many tokens as possible to trade in for the best rewards, so make sure you keep on top of all the token releases with our TOTS Token Tracker.

The Icon Swaps 3 Set 2 objectives are also live, so find out how to combine the requirements in order to gain all the Swaps and gain the best rewards!

You have until Monday, 20 June to complete all the tasks, so make sure you are staying on top of them, as the two-week countdown is on.

Tuesday

Today is your last chance to bring in the Silver Stars objective player, which is a TOTS Moments Nikola Storm.

With the objectives being able to be completed in less than an hour it's definitely worth doing, as free players should never be sniffed at.

Wednesday

During Team of the Season, Weekend League rewards will become available at 3am ET / 8am BST on Wednesdays (instead of Mondays) if you did not complete all your matches.

This is because the schedule has changed, with FUT Champions now open between 4pm ET / 9pm BST on a Friday until 3am ET / 8am BST on a Wednesday, to allow for TOTS promo squads to be included as rewards.

There are plenty of top picks from the Serie A TOTS side, so even if you don't get Rafael Leao, you should gain a pretty tasty card.

Team of the Week 36 was the last TOTW release of this season, so we will have to wait until FIFA 23 to see the regular in-forms release return.

A new Silver Stars card will be released, so get that completed and out of the way so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week.

Thursday

Division Rivals rewards will be released at 3am ET / 8am BST on Thursday, 9 June, and it is also the start of a new season, so you will gain season rewards as well as weekly ones!

The rewards are scheduled to change slightly when Season 7 drops, due to TOTW no longer coming out, with Team of the Season and 83+ OVR TOTW players from the whole season making up the player pick pool if you finish Elite.

As well as that, a new set of season rewards will be released, including packs, stadium items and player picks.

Get all the objectives players completed, work through Icon Swaps 3 objectives, and qualify for FUT Champions.

Friday

Weekend League kicks off at the new time of 4pm ET / 9pm BST, so make sure you've qualified for that if you plan to enter.

The Serie A TOTS side will rotate out of packs, with the Ultimate TOTS squad replacing them at 1pm ET / 6pm BST.

We should also get another SBC player and possibly a new objective player, although that could be held off until the CONMEBOL squad arrives.

Saturday

If you've qualified for Weekend League then your day will be occupied with that.

Look to be hitting 51 points as a minimum, as the rewards get much better from that stage upwards.

Other than that, Icon Swaps 3 and player objectives will be where you spend your time, competing in Squad Battles to earn better rewards for Sunday.

The Rest of World TOTS will rotate out of packs on Saturday, 11 June at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, but will not be replaced by another side.

Sunday

Squad Battle rewards will be available at 3am ET / 8am BST, which could be quite good if you've been playing them for the Icon Swaps 3 and player objectives.

Team of the Season cards will also be available as Squad Battle rewards throughout the promo but are restricted on rating unless you hit the Elite ranks or higher.

If you land anywhere between the Silver 2 and Gold 1 rank the TOTS reward will be pretty similar, so that should be your aim unless you want to go Elite.
