FIFA 22: The Campaign Bag SBC could offer top rewards, but is a BIG risk

The Fantasy FUT promo has brought more live cards to FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, so EA thought now would be a good time to release an SBC that gives you the chance of packing a live card from the past.

Much like the Year In Review SBC, the Campaign Bag SBC will offer a player pick that includes MOST of the live cards introduced in FUT this season.

The SBC is fairly priced, but is it worth rolling the dice on? We take a look.

The Cost

First off, let us take a look at the requirements for the SBC:

Campaign Bag Player Pick

Expiry Date - Thursday, 31 March

  • Minimum two TOTW players
  • Minimum 84 Team Rating
  • Minimum 70 Team Chemistry
  • 11 players in the squad

Reward - 1 x 1 of 2 OTW, Adidas NumbersUp, RTTF, Headliners or Fantasy FUT Team 2 players

Estimated Cost - 66.5k (PlayStation) / 71.95k (Xbox)

You will notice that the SBC expires on Thursday, 31 March, at roughly 1pm ET / 6pm GMT, so you don't have much time to make your mind up.

Two Team of the Week players can seem a bit steep, but the total cost is coming out at around 70,000 coins, which isn't too horrendous.

You are given a player pick, which is better than a totally random card, but it is only the two options you will get to decide from.

However, the main thing to keep in mind is the possible players available, which we will do next.

Cards Available

As shown above, the player pick will involve cards from the following promos:

Thankfully, @GISALEGEND shared a graphic on Twitter that includes all the cards, however, you may need to squint!

Of those included, our top picks would be:

  • OTW Messi
  • OTW Ronaldo
  • OTW Upamecano
  • Headliners Cancelo
  • Headliners Diaz
  • Headliners van Dijk
  • Headliners James
  • Headliners Vinicius Jr
  • Headliners Mbappe
  • Headliners Salah
  • RTTF Vardy
  • RTTF Fati
  • RTTF Depay
  • RTTF Mahrez
  • RTTF Mane
  • RTTF Renato Sanches
  • RTTF Walker
  • Fantasy FUT Coutinho
  • Fantasy FUT Dembele
  • Fantasy FUT Martial

Those names alone may tempt you into completing the SBC, but they are also the best possible outcome.

You could get a Headliner Mbappe, you could get a OTW Cucurella.

Worth It?

We believe there are 115 possible players in the pool, so an easy way to assess the worth of the SBC is to take a look at how many of them are worth more than the cost.

Of the 115 players, 45 of them would see you profit.

Or, they would, IF they were tradeable.

This is another consideration you must make - how many of these players would fit into your team currently, and how many are good enough to fully change your side.

Now, those 45 players drop even lower, and suddenly we've talked ourselves out of completing the SBC.

At the end of the day, the choice is yours, and you could pack an unbelievably good player!

We've given you all the details you need, so will you save your fodder for another time, or take a chance and roll the dice?
