We are now expecting the first Player of the Month cards to arrive in the next fortnight or so, and the Premier League nominees have been revealed by EA.

Release Date
Now the official Premier League nominees have been announced, the awarding of September POTM should not be too far away.
Two weeks is approximately the time we saw last season between nominees and confirmation, so expect to see an SBC arrive around Thursday, 14 October.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo has made a fine return to the Premier League and is up for FIFA 22's first Player of the Month award.
CR7 scored three goals in just three games to be the top-rated player among the nominees.
Mohamed Salah
Liverpool seems to be going under the radar despite their strong start to the season, and it is no surprise to see Mohamed Salah among the goals.

It looks a little late for the release of August's POTM winner, but DonkTrading on Twitter has given us a glimmer of hope.
Understandably a Michail Antonio SBC card would be popular early in the game, so it may arrive alongside the full launch on Friday, 1 October.
