Upcoming FUT 22 content
The ever-reliable DonkTrading has revealed some of the content that will be released in FUT 22 soon!
According to DonkTrading on Twitter, the following SBCs will be coming to Ultimate Team:
- Record Breaker Odsonne Edouard SBC
- Player Moments Aubameyang SBC
- Showdown Naby Keita v Mateo Kovacic SBC
- Repeatable ICON SBC
So, there's plenty of exciting content coming our way, including what we expect to be two massively boosted centre-mid cards for the Showdown SBC ahead of the clash between Liverpool and Chelsea.
It is definitely worth investing in fodder (high-rated cards) now whilst it is cheap, as when the Icon SBC drops the price of these cards will rise.
Player Moments Aubameyang
According to multiple sources, Arsenal's ex-club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be receiving a Player Moments SBC card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.
We believe the Gabonese international's Moments card will be in celebration of the two fantastic goals he scored in the 2020 FA Cup final that saw the Gunners clinch their record fourteenth domestic cup!
The rumours are suggesting that Aubameyang will be getting an 88 OVR card, that could look something like the image above!
We are expecting the Arsenal striker to receive a VERY overpowered card, with top tier pace and shooting stats, which means you'll probably only need to boost his dribbling and passing!
You could use an Engine Chemistry style in order to max out Aubameyang's pace, whilst giving a big boost to his passing attributes and his agility and balance.
The only downside to this card is that it won't have the five-star skill moves that so many players love, but it will still be usable with four-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot.
Release Date
The Player Moments Aubameyang SBC will likely be released sometime between Friday, 31 December 2021 and Friday, 7 January 2022.
The SBC will arrive at approximately 1pm ET / 6pm GMT on the day of release.
Cost
We don't yet know how much this Aubameyang card will come in at, but we can have a pretty good guess, judging off the previous Player Moments SBCs.
Shunsuke Nakamura and Kazuyoshi Miura's Moments cards required just an 83 and an 84-rated squad, which comes in at around 40,000 coins.
It's safe to say that Moments Aubameyang will be considerably more expensive than this, perhaps at around 200,000 coins.
However, there are ways of getting around paying the full amount of coins of course!
Using your unused Non-Rare Golds which are just sitting in your club to complete the Gold Upgrade SBCs is a great way to pick up high-rated fodder that can be used to complete the SBC.
