November’s Ligue 1 Player of the Month has been announced, with Rennes' French striker Gaetan Laborde claiming the award and receiving a brand-new 87-rated SBC card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.
Laborde's base card may not be one of the game's most popular players, but he has been handed a HUGE boost for his POTM version!

November Ligue 1 Player of the Month
Rennes have managed to pick up three wins in November, and it's largely down to their number 24 and star striker, Gaetan Laborde.
The Frenchman scored two goals and picked up an assist too!
His efforts have earned him an awesome new card in FUT 22, and you can unlock it NOW!

Expiry Date: Wednesday, 19 January
SBC Requirements
You'll need to submit just one squad in order to unlock the 87-rated Player of the Month Gaetan Laborde for your Ultimate Team.
The requirements are as follows:
- # of players from Ligue 1: Min 1
- IF Players: Min 1
- Squad Rating: Min 84
- Team Chemistry: Min 60
- # of players in the Squad: 11
The SBC is priced at around 40,000 coins on PlayStation and 45,000 coins on Xbox.
Having said this, you'll be able to complete the 84-rated squad pretty easily by using untradeable cards in your club over the 28 days that the SBC is there for.
Worth it?
With the new Gaetan Laborde SBC card coming in at about 40,00 coins, we think this is a great price set by EA.
Overall for a striker, this looks like a very nice card with good shooting, dribbling and passing stats along with excellent physicals.
You'll need to boost the French striker's pace to bring these stats into the 90s but that shouldn't be a problem!
So, in short, yes, this SBC is definitely worth it!
November nominees
The official EA Sports FIFA Twitter account revealed the nominees for the Ligue 1 Player of the Month for November 2021 just over one week ago now.
The official nominees were as follows:
- Gaetan Laborde (OVR 80)
- Anthony Lopes (OVR 82)
- Romain Faivre (OVR 75)
It's a real shame that PSG starlet Kylian Mbappe was not included, but there is always December for the French World Cup winner!
