EA has just dropped a new Team of the Year (TOTY) Honourable Mentions SBC card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team.
This could be one of the last TOTY cards that we see released ahead of the Future Stars promo which is arriving soon.

SBC Requirements
You'll need to submit just two different squads in order to unlock the new 89-rated Team of the Year Honourable Mentions Dani Olmo card for your Ultimate Team.
The requirements are as follows:
Spain
- # of players from Spain: Min 1
- Squad Rating: Min 84
- Team Chemistry: Min 65
- # of players in the Squad: 11
Pack Reward: Prime Mixed Players Pack
Bundesliga
- # of players from Bundesliga: Min 1
- Squad Rating: Min 85
- Team Chemistry: Min 50
- # of players in the Squad: 11
Pack Reward: Small Rare Gold Players Pack
What are TOTY Honourable Mentions?
With limited space available in the final XI, EA introduced the Honourable Mentions list to Team of the Year to reward the players who have just missed out on gaining an incredible card.
Honourable Mentions will receive heavily boosted cards in Ultimate Team but will not be given the ridiculously overpowered cards like an actual TOTY.

Future Stars start date
The Team of the Year (TOTY) promo is still running in Ultimate Team as of now.
EA has now confirmed the official release date for the Future Stars promo.
Future Stars will commence on Friday, 4 February 2022.
The Future Stars cards will be released into packs at approximately 1pm ET / 6pm GMT on the day of release.
