Robert Lewandowski

Lethal Polish striker Robert Lewandowski ended his goal drought of two games with five goals in his next three appearances.

Lewandowski has failed to score in just two league matches this season, scoring 13 times already in just 11 matches.

Thomas Muller

Thomas Muller may have only scored twice in October, but his assist record for German champions Bayern Munich is off the scale.

Muller provided five assists for his teammates last month, leaving him with seven goal involvements in just four games.

Christopher Nkunku

RB Leipzig's 23-year-old French star Christopher Nkunku is quickly becoming one of Europe's most exciting talents.

Nkunku's tally of two goals and two assists in October doesn't show half of what he can do as he is a thrill-a-minute.

Jonas Hofmann

Borussia Monchengladbach has struggled for some consistency at the start of the season, but German international Jonas Hofmann has been a shining light.

Three goals in October for Hofmann helped his side pick up seven points from a possible nine as they look to build some momentum.

Dominik Szoboszlai

RB Leipzig is in a rich vein of form and remains unbeaten in their last seven Bundesliga matches, although an early exit from the Champions League will be disappointing.

Hungarian wonderkid Dominik Szoboszlai has been key to their league form though scoring one and assisting two more in October.

Karim Onisiwo

Mainz forward Karim Onisiwo may not have grabbed the headlines himself with bags of goals, but his assists have been crucial to his side's recent run of form.

Four assists (and a goal) in October puts Onisiwo in contention for Player of the Month. A well-deserved nomination.
