It's a choice between Lionel Messi, Thiago and Heung Min Son, which means that there will be on Neymar Jr in the FIFA 21 TOTY!

In previous years, the 12th man vote has come in the form of ‘player pick votes.’
When you log in to Ultimate Team, you will get to choose one player to add to your squad on loan and this will count as your vote.
The players included in the vote will be made up of those who narrowly missed out on the TOTY XI.

You can help the Argentine to keep up his record of never missing out on a TOTY spot by voting for him as your 12th man!
Heung-Min Son
Spurs winger Heung-Min Son is a vastly popular footballer, and a very good one too! The FUT community could just opt for Son this year.
Thiago
The final player you can opt for is Thiago. He may not have hit top form at Liverpool, but few can argue his impact at Bayern last season.
