FIFA 21 Team of the Season Release Date announced

We all expected FIFA 21's Team of the Season promo to kick off this Friday, and those predictions have proved true.

Starting with the Community and EFL TOTS squads, get ready for some epics cards to be released into FIFA 21 in the coming weeks.

FIFA 21 TOTS Release Date Confirmed

As confirmed by the FUT 21 loading screen, the Team of the Season promo will commence on Friday, 23 April.

This will be at 1pm ET / 6pm BST like all FUT promos.

What to expect

Well, we have a pretty good idea as to who could arrive as part of the Community TOTS, as FIFA fans across the globe can vote for their unsung heroes of the season.

The nominees are players who have received no more than one TOTW item so far in FIFA 21, with some quality players up for selection.

As for the EFL TOTS, some clues lie within the Community nominees, with some EFL players featuring.

They are:

Ultimate Team has evolved in recent years and you can expect some bonus items to accompany the various TOTS drops.

Whether that will be through SBCs or Objectives players we don't know just yet, but there are likely to be plenty of opportunities for you to get your hands on TOTS items one way or another.

Last year, EA released TOTSSF (Team of the Season So Far) due to the break in the season due to the pandemic.

Accompanying that we saw "Guaranteed" SBC packs, allowing you to get a TOTSSF item with a 94+ rating - expect something similar to return.
