Five stars GUARANTEED to feature in Ultimate Team of the Season

The Ultimate Team of the Season is nearly here, and there are some players that have to be included.

So far, the event has been inconsistent with its content despite some incredible cards being released.

Let's hope EA has something brilliant on the way for us when Ultimate TOTS hits packs.

It’s the final countdown! The Team of the Season (TOTS) event is nearly over with just the Ultimate squad left.

All the best cards from the promo will return to packs, giving you another chance at packing the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Cristiano Ronaldo (OVR 98)

Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo will certainly play a part in the Ultimate Team of the Season squad.

Tied for the top rating of the promo with a 98 OVR, Ronaldo is the second most expensive of all the current TOTS cards on the transfer market.

All of CR7’s base stats are above 90 (other than defending) so he really is the complete forward.

Lionel Messi (OVR 98)

Argentine superstar Lionel Messi may lack the physicality and size of Cristiano Ronaldo, but he more than makes up for it in other areas.

Messi’s 99 Dribbling makes him almost impossible to stop 1v1, so creating space to use his deadly shooting skills is easy.

The work rates for Messi can be off-putting for FUT players, but he will still be involved in the Ultimate squad.

Jan Oblak (OVR 96)

As the best goalkeeper in the promo, Jan Oblak will be included after helping Atletico Madrid wrestle the La Liga trophy away from Barcelona and Real Madrid.

With a 96 OVR, the Slovenian stopper is a reliable man between the posts with all his GK attributes rated 96 or higher.

Costing just 120k, Oblak can make all the difference to your defence.

Neymar Jr (OVR 96)

Neymar Jr was by no means guaranteed a place in the Ligue 1 Team of the Season, but now that is confirmed we will also likely see him included in the Ultimate team.

The most expensive of all TOTS cards at around 9 million coins, Neymar Jr’s popularity should see him feature.

Five-star weak foot and skill moves are highly sought after on FUT 21 and it shows by his price tag.

Raphael Varane (OVR 95)

A certainty for the Ultimate Team of the Season is Raphael Varane.

The highest overall of any defender in the promo, Varane is a true FUT legend with 91 Pace his most exciting attribute.

Varane’s TOTS card is the third most expensive CB card in the game, behind Paolo Maldini’s top two Icon cards.
