Player Review

Let's get this out of the way first. This is not a 140k player.

IF you're in need of a new Portuguese midfielder, then we'd suggest going for the CM version of Goncalves rather than the attacking-minded RW, but even then it's not worth the cash.

He's not awful. 87-rated dribbling, 83-rated passing and 82-rated pace lead the way in terms of his base stats, whilst 4*/4* and M/H work rates bode well for an attacking minded central midfielder.

The issue is, he's not great either. When you consider his league and nation combination he's severely restricted in terms of what sides he can be built into.

With 90-rated pace, 88-rated dribbling and 86-rated shooting, his RW card would make a half-decent super sub.

But again, the price is a massive stumbling block.
