Player Review

60k is the asking price for this brand new Jose Gaya card, but is it worth the asking price?

Let's start by saying that there is absolutely zero point in comparing this Gaya card with his base card, as they are completely different.

So if you're wanting a defensive-minded striker, then look elsewhere.

As a striker, this isn't an awful card. The 89-rated pace is good, 84-rated shooting is okay - the 96-rated positioning saves it massively, and 85-rated dribbling is good.

His 82-rated passing and 79-rated physicality mean this is a useable card that will do a job up top should you opt for him.

The issue lies with his 3* weak foot. That isn't good enough for a striker with just 84-rated shooting. He isn't going to finish consistently enough for those playing in the higher tiers of Division Rivals and FUT Champions.

It's a nice novelty, but not one that we will be investing in.
