After a poor season, Real Madrid are back fighting for the Spanish title – currently tied with Barcelona at the top of La Liga.
Even Los Blancos would admit they are yet to hit top gear – dropping points in five of their 14 league games so far.
As for FIFA 20, they are still among the popular teams to use on the game, featuring stars such as Sergio Ramos (OVR 89), Luka Modric (OVR 90), Karim Benzema (OVR 87) and star new signing Eden Hazard (OVR 91).NOW WATCH BELOW: EVERYTHING you need to know about FUTMAS this Christmas!
The fourth kit returns
Just like last season, Real Madrid are releasing an in-game exclusive ‘digital’ fourth kit. In the 2018/19 season, fellow Adidas endorsed sides Juventus, Manchester United and Bayern Munich also released these kits.
Things have changed however, with Juve, United and Bayern now all partner clubs with rival game PES 2020 and developers Konami.
With just one kit to work on, EA Sports have not let us down, producing a stunning black and gold kit and tracksuit, to become available on both FIFA 20 Ultimate Team and Volta Football.
Will you be able to buy the kit in real life?
Those looking to get their hands on the kit and tracksuit in real life as well as on the game are likely to be in luck.
Real Madrid have a great relationship with EA Sports, most notably selling Alex Hunter shirts in their online shop to promote FIFA 19.
Juventus (now known as Piemonte Calcio in FIFA 20), physically sold their digital fourth kit last season, so that could point towards a glorious stocking filler this Christmas.
The Real Madrid fourth kit and tracksuit becomes available in-game from 4th December. 2019.
