It’s Monday so that can only mean one thing... a new Team of the Season is released!
As has been the case with the Monday releases, it is not one of Europe’s top five leagues that is released tonight, instead featuring the best players from another top division across the world.
Tonight its the turn of the Netherlands AND China as both the Eredivisie and the CSL feature! But for now, we‘ll focus on the latter with the CSL!
The squad features some very nice cards including a 95-rated Paulinho and a. 94-rated Hulk but it’s the SBC that we’re focusing on here and the player you can pick up from tonight’s Squad Building Challenge is Elkeson.

If you want this TOTSSF Elkeson in your club then you’ll have to act fast, it will be live for just two days, expiring on Wednesday, May 27.

As has become the case with these Monday TOTS SBC’s, there is only one squad that you need to submit in order to unlock the reward.

Elkeson
- Minimum of one CSL player
- Minimum of one TOTSSF, TOTW or TOTW Moments players
- Minimum Squad Rating of 83
- Minimum Team Chemistry of 75

Worth it?
Let’s be honest here, very few of you are going to be playing a Chinese striker in your starting 11. However, as far as super subs go, this Elkeson fits the bill very nicely!
His pace (94 OVR) features 99 acceleration which is going to be very effective off the bench against those weary defenders and his shooting (92) isn’t bad either. Although his finishing isn’t as good as his base stat would suggest at 89 OVR.

4*/4* and M/H work rates are perfect for a sub and, with very nice dribbling and physicality, this is an impressive all round card for a very low price.
If you’re after a super sub, he’ll do the job!
