The Elder Scrolls is a game that continues to capture new players and keep existing ones coming back.
With consistent updates and quick fixes for any issues, it's no surprise to see why!
The latest news from the team shows that the servers are now down in order to perform some maintenance.
Let's take a look now!
Patch Maintenance
The latest maintenance period is now upon us, with patch notes soon to follow we hope!
It seems that this maintenance is only for console, as only the console servers have been taken down.
Recently, the PC servers were taken down in order to perform maintenance.
As such, we believe this should be the last patch maintenance for the game's servers for now.
All servers are currently still undergoing maintenance.
Expected Time
According to the Bethesda Patch Notes and Hotfixes website, this maintenance period is expected to last 4 hours.
The same 4 hour time period goes for the PC/Mac maintenance as well.
For PC/Mac, the start time was 4am EST, or 9am GMT, with the maintenance expected to last 4 hours.
The same four hour length is applied to the console servers, however they started at 6am EST, or 11am GMT.
What is in the patch?
As of right now, we are not certain of what is included in the patch.
The Bethesda support website still quotes nothing as included in today's patch maintenance.
We are sure that, following the maintenance period, a post will be made announcing the changes.

We are sure of this as previous updates and patch maintenance periods have been followed by a post on the patch notes forum.
