Contamination zones have begun to crop up in Verdansk and zombies are infiltrating the standard modes.
If you're wondering how player controlled zombies are cropping up in games, we've got a rundown of how to do it.
How to Turn Into a Zombie in Warzone
The first thing you'll need to do is enter the right mode. Any standard battle royale game, other than solos, is what you're looking to play.
Then, look for the expanding contamination zones on the map. At the time of writing, they're in the following locations.
Land in one of those location, staying in the red circles there, and die in the gas.
Once you've died, you should respawn as a zombie and can begin attacking players around the map.
You'll be able to kill other players, but can only die once, unlike other times that zombies have been playable in the game.
If you played Zombie Royale during the Halloween Event, you'll know what to expect from playing as a zombie.
You'll get gas grenades, emp charges, and be able to jump extremely high every few seconds.
As the contamination zones get larger and larger this week, you can expect to see more zombies roaming the map and trying to attack you.
For now, though, you're unlikely to see more than three or four at any one time.
We'll keep this piece updated as things inevitably change between now and the start of Season 3 on April 22.
