When does the new battle pass come out?
The Season 5 Battle Pass was delayed. We still don't know why but the Season 4 Battle Pass was extended by 24 hours and that means the new battle pass was released a little later at the following times:
- 21:00 August 12th - PST
- 00:00 August 13th - EST
- 05:00 August 13th - BST
There's a bonus Kitsune Skin up for grabs?
Buying a battle pass can be a big deal. It isn't exactly free and if you don't play it enough, what's the point? Well... This season, Treyarch is trying to make you purchase the Season 5 Battle Pass earlier rather than later with a limited-time offer.
If you purchase the new battle pass within the first two weeks of Season 5, before August 26th, you'll be able to unlock the Kyubi Operator Skin for Kitsune. This only applies to the Battle Pass Bundle though and not the Battle Pass itself, so you're going to have to fork out a few more COD Points.
The Season 5 Battle Pass is going to set you back 1,000 COD Points, while the Battle Pass Bundle is going to cost 2,400 COD Points. This is the same price as an Operator Bundle, so when you consider the free Kitsune Operator Skin... It's almost worth the extra points.
