How big is the Warzone Pacific update itself?
At the moment, we don't have confirmation regarding the download size of the Warzone Pacific update. Call of Duty hasn't even mentioned preloading the content, either.
That doesn't mean this sought-after feature isn't coming to Warzone, it's just not being talked about in the overwhelming mix of new content coming to both Warzone and Vanguard in the next few days.
There are reports that PlayStation players are starting to see the Warzone Pacific update on their consoles and that it will be around 45GB in size. We expect this to be the same on Xbox platforms and slightly larger on PC - via the BattleNet launcher.
As you can see above, the update itself is installable at the following times:
- 21:00 PST - December 7th
- 00:00 EST - December 8th
- 05:00 GMT - December 8th
This is when Warzone's short downtime period is due to begin and we expect the update to be available for everyone on all platforms by this time - if not before.
The server downtime is due to end at the following times:
- 09:00 PST - December 8th
- 12:00 EST - December 8th
- 17:00 GMT - December 8th
Following this, there will be 24 hours of Caldera Early Access for those of you who have played Vanguard and all the content that arrives with Vanguard integration to Warzone will be available. If you don't own Vanguard, you will be limited to Rebirth Island until the following times when Caldera is available to everyone:
- 09:00 PST - December 9th
