Warzone 2 has finally arrived at Season 2, and a ton of balance changes and new features have arrived with the update. Rebirth is back to shake up the meta, and new weapons are available via the Battle Pass and new challenges.

The Victus XMR is definitely the best weapon from the Season 1 Battle Pass but is also one of the best snipers right now. Here's how to build it to make sure you're doing as much damage as possible from range.

Victus XMR Best Attachments in Warzone 2

Although snipers in Al Mazrah can't one-shot with full plates, doing maximum damage can still be beneficial. Any player without full plates and health can still be taken down in one shot, keeping your momentum rolling.

Here's how we recommend you build the Victus XMR in Warzone 2:

Warzone 2 Victus XMR Loadout

  • Muzzle: Bruen Counter Ops | -0.39^
  • Laser: VLK LZR 7MW
  • Optic: Raptor-FVM40 | -1.36^ | -0.75>
  • Rear grip: Bruen Q900 Grip | -0.77^ | 0.28>
  • Ammunition: .50 CAL High Velocity | 0.52^ | 5.01>

The Raptor Optic is by far the best in the game for long-range engagements. A 13x zoom means you'll be able to pick off enemies with ease. With the addition of this ammo you'll have the best damage at huge ranges possible.

The rest of the attachments make sure your ADS time and mobility don't suffer, which is key in Warzone 2.

Victus XMR Best Perks and Equipment

The Victus XMR is the perfect weapon right up until you need to be on the move. Here's what we recommend to round out your class and not leave you vulnerable in Warzone 2:

  • Perk Package: Weapon Specialist
  • Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor
  • Lethal: Throwing knife

Run weapon specialist for the overkill perk, and we recommend an SMG like the Lachmann Sub for your secondary, or something even more destructive at close range like the Fennec 45.

The Heartbeat sensor will allow you to hole up in one place and be sure you're safe. The Throwing knife meanwhile allows you to eliminate downed enemies quickly so you can move to the next target and waste no time or ammo, on your way to another Warzone 2 win.
