Warzone 2.0 has dropped, along with brand-new mode DMZ, so there's something for everyone in the Battle Royale Genre. Season 1 of Modern Warfare 2 has also released, with a brand new Battle Pass available on all modes.
The gulag is in for a serious revamp though, with more players involved and the introduction of the new AI bots into the experience. Here's everything you need to know before you head over and drop in.

Warzone 2 Al Mazrah 2v2 Gulag
The Gulag in Warzone 2 will see pairs compete for exfil, and the chance to get back in with their squads. As in Warzone there will be a time limit, with consequences for not getting the job done in time.
Each player will spawn with a full loadout, which at launch will be a pistol or shotgun, complete with a tactical and lethal grenade. As the seasons progress expect to see spicier weapons appear in the Gulag, which will only raise the stakes higher.
Warzone 2 Jailer
With the introduction of AI bots into Warzone 2, it's no surprise that they'll feature in the Gulag. Instead of a usual overtime mechanic, the Jailer is a new character that will appear in the later stages to speed things along.
Defeating the Jailer will send all 4 players back to Al Mazrah, so teams have a choice. They can go for the elimination, or work together and earn an exfil for everyone.
If the game goes later still, then all four players lose, that is if neither of the teams or the jailer are eliminated. This raises the stakes considerably, as there will be time pressure to get the job done in Warzone 2.
