The latest update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is here, and it’s a big one!
Coming in at just over 30GB on PC, the update takes the game to over 250GB in size, larger than the average SSD.
Thankfully, Infinity Ward has revealed that this latest update will also help to minimise the games size by 25GB, by letting players separate various high-resolution textures.

1.29 Patch Notes
The main changes are to the playlists available in the game.
Multiplayer and Warzone have seen multiple changes, with Warzone even seeing Private Lobbies!
The game also comes with various General bug fixes.
The latest playlist changes see standard Warzone and Multiplayer return following the Haunting of Verdansk event.
The playlist update for Multiplayer brings back the fan-favourites Shipment and Shoothouse 24/7.
The other featured modes are Hardpoint Hills and Kills and TDM Snipers Only!
In Warzone, some huge changes are in the works.
With regards to the playlists, the normal BR modes return as well as Plunder Trios.
Private Lobby Warzone
Following a number of Custom Lobby events earlier this year, private lobbies have finally been released for the masses.
This latest update sees Custom Lobbies added for everyone, available in BR, Plunder and Mini BR.
The private lobbies are available in all Squad Variations, however, for BR, 50 players are required to start a game.

In Plunder, you need 30 players to start and for Mini BR, you'll need 24 players.
The rest of the changes include bug fixes.
This includes a fix for the dreaded HK:s error issue, which was plaguing many players.
Infinity Ward have also fixed a bug which allowed players to remian in third-person in Survival.
