There's a new COD Update today for both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone!
Just like every Thursday, Activision and Treyarch are releasing a playlist update for their Call of Duty games. However, that's not the only thing that's coming...
Below, we have everything you need to know about the brand new COD update that drops today.
Call of Duty's Weekly Update for both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone occurs every Thursday at the same time.
That means this week's new COD update is going live at around 14:00 ET / 18:00 GMT on March 18th, 2021.
Thankfully, for the most part, these weekly updates don't require an additional download on your side of things. Rather, they are server-side updates that often use assets included in the most-recent major patch.

Although there is a lot in store with this weekly update, like always, we're not expecting there to be a download.
Black Ops Cold War Update
This is where the real change is so we'll cut to the chase.
Below, we have all the Playlist changes coming in the new COD update that's dropping later today.
Featured Playlist Changes
- St. Patricks Stockpile
St. Patrick's Stockpile, the St. Paddy's Day festive playlist, will return to the standard Stockpile playlist at 13:00 ET / 17:00 GMT on March 18th, 2021.
- Knife Fight 3v3
This playlist is exactly what you think it is. Two teams of three will fight using Blueprint Melee Weapons in a Gun-Fight format.
- Prop Hunt
Prop Hunt is being temporarily removed from Black Ops Cold War so Treyarch can add Miami Strike and Satellite to the Playlist for later this month.
- League Play
Apocalypse HP and Express S&D are replacing Crossroads HP and Garrison S&D in the map rotation for this game mode.
Although we don't have any news just yet regarding any Playlist changes coming to Warzone in the new COD update later today, we do know that the Zombies are on the move again!
Warzone's dreaded Zombie infestation isn't getting worse just yet, but it is going to cause a lot more problems for Warzone players from today onwards.
Why you might ask? The Zombies in Verdansk are moving from Prison to Hospital.
Yes, you read that correctly. Hospital is a central location in Verdansk and one of the more popular drop spots. We can't imagine the Zombies are going to put people off, but it certainly isn't going to make looting the place easy!
