Spec Ops return to Modern Warfare

Spec Ops was first introduced as a single-player or co-op experience where players work together to complete missions based on the single-player campaign, however it will only be available to PS4 players.

According to Infinity Ward Narrative Director Taylor Kurosaki, the vision for Modern Warfare is a cohesive experience between each of the game’s modes:

“When you’re playing Modern Warfare, you’re playing Modern Warfare,” Kurosaki says. “Whether you’re playing single player, or multiplayer, or co-op, you’re playing in the same world.”

Kurosaki suggests there are no plans for Zombies in the upcoming game. However, it was not ruled out as being added through DLC.
