Call of Duty Vanguard is almost here and we can't wait to dive in - but we're going to have to wait a little bit. The embargo has lifted and content creators are starting to share their footage and gameplay online - so if you're looking to go into Vanguard fresh, stay off of social media!

UPDATE - New Warzone Trailer & Release Time
We are quite literally hours away now - Call of Duty Vanguard is going to be available wherever you are, on whatever platform you're on, in less than twenty hours. The embargo for content creators is a little before that, too, so you're going to start seeing gameplay footage crop up online early.
Interestingly enough, during the Vanguard launch event in LA last night, we got another teaser for Warzone's Pacific map - Caldera. You can watch it below:
It's a loose way of introducing a new Second World War narrative to Warzone on the back of Black Ops Cold War's story, but we got to see Adler and Mason one last time. So... There's that.
Call of Duty Vanguard Release Times - US
At the end of the Vanguard Launch Trailer, Activision confirmed what time the game will be available to play in all US timezones. Below are the console Vanguard release times:
- 9 PM PT (November 4)
- 10 PM PT (November 4)
- 11 PM CT (November 4)
- 12 AM ET (November 5)

Those times only refer to the console version of CoD Vanguard, as the release time for the PC version hasn't been revealed just yet.
That's the case in the US and the rest of the world, and we'll let you know as soon as Vanguard's PC release time is confirmed.
Vanguard Release Times - UK, Europe and RoW
As for the rest of the world, the release times for Vanguard are nice and simple.
According to the experts over at Charlie Intel, Vanguard will go live at midnight your local time on November 5 for all console players.
Again, the PC release times haven't been confirmed, but we'd expect them to be midnight wherever you are as well.
Preload Details
Thankfully, you don't have to download the game when it unlocks if you've pre ordered it.
You can pre download Call of Duty Vanguard now so that it's ready to play as soon as it unlock on the evening of the 4th/morning of the 5th.
Pre loading the game will allow you to jump into the action as soon as it's possible to do so at release time.

The download size hasn't been officially confirmed for all platforms, but we know that it'll be smaller on next-gen consoles at least. You will need between 60-100 GB to download the full CoD Vanguard experience. Here's what we DO know.
