Call of Duty: Vanguard is finally almost here and there's so much to prepare for its launch. With a dedicated multiplayer, zombies and single-player mode, you can choose wherever you want to start. If the campaign draws you in, you may want to get it installed in advance. Here's how to download the Vanguard campaign and how to start it.
How to Download the Vanguard Campaign
The campaign can be accessed quite easily but you need the space for it. From the main menu, click the square/ X button to download it - the initial download only installs the Zombies and multiplayer modes.
You can then go to install the file and get your campaign ready to go. After waiting for it all to install, you can then find the campaign available to play from the main menu.
This will install two separate campaign packs that are 11GB and 7GB retrospectively. Needless to say, it's a huge install. We don't know how long the campaign is just yet but we will update you when we do know.
Download Size
There are a few separate download sizes Call of Duty: Vanguard has. These are the following sizes:
- PC - 61GB at launch with the option to install all the parts separately.
- Xbox One - 56.6 GB at launch with no extra size needed for downloads
- Xbox Series X - 61 GB at launch with no extra size needed for download
- PS4 - 54.6 GB at launch with an over 93GB needed to install it
- PS5 - 64.3 GB at launch with around 90GB needed to install
It seems likely that these will only grow with time. As more updates come out and DLC finally drops, you should see this these will only grow with time. Warzone is size grow. If you play multiplayer, we'll see
