Call of Duty: Warzone Patch 1.29 – Infinity Ward Releases Update To Resolve Issue With Operators

Yesterday, Modern Warfare and Warzone players received Patch 1.29 that prepares the game not only for the arrival of the next generation but also for the release of Black Ops Cold War.

However, this one contained a small error that has caused some issues for many players.

Patch 1.29 Is Now Available

Patch 1.29 arrived Wednesday, November 11, and introduced a couple of improvements and fixes to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone. If you want to read the full patch notes, you can check them out here.

One of the changes is that the Operators were rearranged to display all on one screen, rather than divided by their Factions as you can see below:

ORGANIZED – Price and other operators on a single screen

This was done with the reason for preprating the user interface for the addition of Black Ops Cold War. Operators will now be divided depending on the game they belong to.

However, some users were reporting an error that did not allow them to choose their desired Operator from the new menu.

For this patch you don’t have to download anything as it is an update within the game settings. All you have to do is restart your game.

When Do Black Ops Cold War Weapons And Operators Arrive?

Black Ops Cold War Operators were added on Friday, November 13, when Black Ops Cold War was released. These can be unlocked in Warzone without the need for the Treyarch title.

Weapons will take a little longer as they will be released on Thursday, December 10, when the first season of Black Ops Cold War begins.

Once added, each weapon will have a tag that will tell us which game each one comes from to avoid confusion among users.
