Vanguard PC System Requirements: Can you run the new Call of Duty game?

Running Vanguard is one thing, but what if you want to get the most out of your game? Here's everything you need to know about the PC system requirements for getting Ultra 4K graphics and the settings they recommend for competitive play.

  • RAM - 16GB
  • GPU - Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 / AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
  • VRAM - 10GB
  • OS - Windows 10 64-bit / Windows 11 64-bit

Competitive Play System Requirements

  • CPU - Intel Core i7-8700K / AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
  • RAM - 16GB
  • GPU - Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 / RTX 3060 Ti / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
  • VRAM - 8GB
  • OS - Windows 10 64-bit / Windows 11 64-bit

Vanguard is reportedly going to be 36GB at launch - for Multiplayer and Zombies - however, it is recommended that you have 61GB free. In addition to this, the Hi-Rez Assets Cache is going to be an additional 64GB of storage space.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Can you run Vanguard?

At the moment, we don't know the confirmed PC system requirements for Vanguard - however, we do know what the Vanguard Open Beta needed. This should be accurate enough for you to work out if you can tackle Vanguard's full game or not.

Vanguard offers uncapped frame rate support and a special "low-latency" mode - so it's clear that it's going to require some serious technology to maintain a stable performance, especially online with Combat Pacing upping the player count on standard maps drastically.

Vanguard is due to launch on November 5th - however, we should get confirmation of the PC system requirements on November 2nd when Sledgehammer Games confirms details about Vanguard on PC and preloading starts. Vanguard is going to be smaller than Black Ops Cold War, but we still could see it take up over 100GB of storage space on PC platforms.
