Call of Duty Vanguard Multiplayer Reveal Stream: Everything you need to know

We're a handful of days from the PlayStation Beta and it looks like Vanguard's Multiplayer is going to live up to the hype! Sledgehammer Games shared their first - proper - look at Vanguard's Multiplayer and we're impressed. Here's everything you might have missed below.

RECAP - Vanguard's Multiplayer looks great!

Vanguard's Multiplayer could be the best Call of Duty Multiplayer we've seen in years, really. There's going to be twenty maps at launch - the most of any Call of Duty game - alongside Weapon Customisation options that allow for ten attachments at once! Sledgehammer Games' Combat Pacing should also keep things fresh with three levels of intensity for you to play around in.

There's going to be a handful of new Killstreaks - including World at War's infamous Dogs - and a little thing called a FOV Slider on consoles. It's something a lot of people have been asking for for a long time and Vanguard is finally delivering!

Check out all the latest - including a new look at Vanguard's Tactical Destruction mechanics - in the video below:

START TIME - When does the Multiplayer Reveal drop?

Sledgehammer Games is gearing up to reveal some Vanguard Multiplayer footage later today - even though we just played the Champion Hill Alpha - and we know when it's all going down.

The Vanguard Multiplayer Reveal is due to start at the following times:

  • 10:00 September 7th - PST
  • 13:00 September 7th - EST

We don't know how long this Multiplayer Reveal is going to last, but the embargo for those out there who got to play the Vanguard Multiplayer Beta early is also due to be lifted at the same time. This means, even if we don't see a lot from Sledgehammer Games directly, we're going to see quite a lot of Multiplayer content later today ahead of Weekend One of the Open Beta.

  • Assault: Balanced combat pacing that gives you enough room to breathe and a lot of targets to kill. In Beta Weekend 1, player counts will vary between 20-28 players.
  • Blitz: High-action lobbies where the intensity is cranked up to frenetic levels. Prepare for plenty of combat when choosing to join a Blitz. In Beta Weekend 1, player counts will vary between 28-48 players.

How to watch the Multiplayer Reveal

You can tune in live to the Vanguard multiplayer reveal on the official Call of Duty YouTube channel. The best thing about the stream being broadcast on YouTube is that the video will be available on-demand as soon as it finishes.
