This is big news for the world of gaming and television, so let’s jump into what we know so far!

The Show

The live-action show has been teased on the @NXOnNetflix Twitter page, with a simple video fading to an Assassin’s Creed logo.

The video also features the text “A Netflix Original Series” which is enough to get our hearts racing.

A secondary tweet follows the video, explain that Ubisoft’s own Jason Altman and Danielle Kreinik will serve as executive producers!

The inclusion of two of the games developers as producers fills us with confidence that the adaptation will be a true cinematic masterpiece that matches the game well.

Netflix Originals

Netflix ahs already take the Witcher franchise and performed a brilliant transition on to the small screen for viewers.

With our experience of Netflix Originals, we have no doubt that this success will continue.
