2021 and a whole new month means that we are set for the brand new Assassin's Creed Valhalla update 1.1.1, which will feature a number of fixes and provide some new updates to Season 1 of the game.
Here is everything we know about the update right now and what we can expect to see.
Right now we don't have a firm idea of when we will see the next Assassin's Creed Valhalla update. 1.1.1 could arrive within the week or it could come much later into the month.
Ubisoft doesn't have a set schedule for when it releases these updates either so right now we don't have a firm idea. But January seems like a good bet for the update's release.
When it comes to the File Size of this update we don't have a confirmation yet, but looking at previous updates we can see that it will likely weigh in at about 4-5 GB on PC, 5-7 GB on Xbox Series S/X and Xbox One, and 2-4 GB on PS5 and PS4.
Of course, there is always a chance that this update might be bigger, with more content, but this is the best estimate we have right now.
We don't yet have the patch notes for Assassin's Creed Valhalla update 1.1.1, but we will update this article once we do.
However, we can expect to see things like bug fixes and issues resolved that players have been having.
Also, we will see some new content for Season 1, which is currently ongoing. The Yule Festival is currently happening and will be until January 7.
This update will likely prepare the game for the major River Raid update which will launch in February 2021.
River Raid Update
The River Raid update in February 2021 will include a brand new game mode, which will have three playable maps, with new gear, Silver, Runes, and Books of Knowledge to find and collect.
The update will also add a Jomsviking Hall into the expanded Settlement, allowing you to take more Jomsvikings with you on these River Raids.
