Here's everything we know about what time Season 10 and when players can get their hands on it for all platforms with new delays for Xbox players.
Latest - Apex Season 10 delayed on Xbox
Xbox gamers are facing some technical delays for the release of Apex Legends Season 10 on the platform.
With no news just yet from EA on the problems, stay tuned for updates as this story progresses.
RELEASE TIME - When does Season 10 drop?
As expected, Apex Legends Season 10 is going to release at the same time as Season 9 was released. This means we should see the update appear by 10:00 PST / 13:00 EST / 18:00 BST on August 3rd.
At the moment, we don't know anything about pre-loading or pre-downloading the update and Respawn Entertainment hasn't confirmed the exact size of the download yet.
Respawn LEAK Free Battle Pass Rewards
We don't know the specifics, and the Apex Legends website doesn't have any visual assets regarding the Battle Pass at the moment, but Respawn Entertainment has shared some information about the free rewards we're getting next season.
As you can see below, Bloodhound is getting the free Character skin this time around.
" Bloodhound Character Skin, 7 Apex Packs, 11 Weapon Skins, 4 Load Screens, Season 10 Win Trackers for all Legends, 1 Music Pack, 300 Apex Coins, Season Badge"
We got a glimpse of it in the Gameplay Trailer...
In addition to this, we know that Seer, Horizon, and Valkyrie are all getting new Legendary Character Skins in the Premium Battle Pass alongside "Rare sets for Bloodhound, Gibraltar, Lifeline, and Pathfinder".
We are under the impression that a "set" refers to a new Character Skin, a Weapon Charm and/or Voice Line, and Player Banner customisation options reflecting the pattern and/or appearance of the new Character Skin.
Seer's Legend Abilities Detailed
Apex Legends Season 10 is due to launch on August 3rd at the times specified below and we're slowly learning more about the details of what's to come ahead of release. Lately, everyone has been talking about Seer and his incredible Legend Ability set. Here's what he's bringing to the party...
- Tactical Ability
- Focus of Attention
- Seer summons his micro-drones to emit a delayed blast that goes through walls interrupting and revealing enemies.
- Focus of Attention
- Passive Ability
- Heart Seeker
- Hear and visualize the heartbeats of nearby enemies when aiming down sights.
- Heart Seeker
- Ultimate Ability
- Creates a sphere of micro-drones that reveal the location of enemies moving quickly or firing their weapons within.
As you can imagine, this is going to make him a dominant force in Arenas and BR if used correctly. We can't wait to give him a shot!
What Are We Getting?
Apex Legends: Emergence is going to be another huge seasonal update from Respawn Entertainment and they have already shared the following information with us.
" With microdrones and an artist's eye, Seer spots opportunities that other Legends might miss, and seizes them in the most beautiful way he can."
" Meet Rampart's newest invention, the Rampage LMG, with a surprising source of firepower."
" World's Edge is on the brink of some major changes...stay tuned."
On top of this, we're also going to be getting a Ranked mode for Apex Legends' Arenas. King's Canyon - Hillside, World's Edge - Dome, and Olympus - Oasis will be the three "BR Location" maps in rotation during this first season of Ranked Arenas alongside Party Crasher, Phase Runner and Overflow.
The Ranked system in Arenas is separate from the Ranked system for the Battle Royale, but it should look familiar and be easy to pick up when Emergence launches on August 3rd.
