Apex Legends Season 8 kicked off with a bang (no pun intended) as Fuse arrived to King's Canyon.
At the same time came the 2 year anniversary of the game too, which brought with it the Anniversary Event.
Here is when the Apex Legends Anniversary Event will end.
When does the Anniversary Event end?
The Anniversary Event was originally due to end this week, but Respawn Entertainment has decided to extend it by one week to give players more time to unlock the rewards.
"We heard some of you need more time to collect all your Anniversary rewards? In the spirit of celebration, we're going to keep the party going for one additional week. The Anniversary Collection Event will now remain open until March 2 at 10am PT."
What is the Anniversary Event?
The Anniversary Event takes place every year and celebrates the anniversary of the game's release, as the name implies.
Apex Legends was released on February 4th 2019, Season 8 is set to begin on February 2nd, so the timing line up pretty perfectly for the game.
Usually, with each Celebration Event, a new Heirloom is released, giving players the opportunity to grab some new rare items.
This time it seems that players may be granted 150 Heirloom Shards to get a free Heirloom that is already in the game.
Here are some of the rewards that are on offer during the event.
If you haven't had a chance to jump on yet, now is your chance as you still have seven days left to unlock as many as you can.
