If you can't outrun him, you might have to just fight him. Octane's "Sea Streak" skin is coming to the Dark Depths Event and should be available in Dark Depths Event Packs later today.
It isn't the most complex new design, as you can see below, so it shouldn't be hard to get your hands on.

Better look at Denizen of the Deep
Ashe's newest Legend skin has been teasing their new cosmetics in the build-up to the next in-game event. It looks like Ashe's Denizen of the Deep skin is only available for the first week of the Dark Depths Event - so, you should pick it up as soon as you can.

Dark Depths Events - All the new skins
In a similar fashion to other Apex Legends events, the Dark Depths Event is introducing around 40 event-limited cosmetics. There's going to be Weapon Skins, Charms, Holosprays, Banner items available alongside Legend skins - so there's plenty to get your hands on.
As always, there's going to be event-specific Apex Packs available that will guarantee one non-duplicate event cosmetic. These are going to be 400 Coins each, so it could get a bit pricey.
