The Airship Map Update for Among Us is almost here, as it's due to drop on March 31st at some point. We don't have a confirmed time just yet, and Innersloth is a small development team so we're expecting some information soon.

Release Date
The next map to come to Among Us will be the Airship.
In a recent tweet, the Among Us developers announced the release date as March 31st.

New Features
The next update will bring some much needed changes to the game.
The first will be allowing players to choose which room they want to start in, rather than everyone starting in the same location.
A new account blocking system will be added too, which will allow players to stop toxic players from joining their games
New Death Animation
There aren't many death animations in the game currently, which means it doesn't take long to see them all.
In the next update there will be a new laserbeam animation, which should be really fun to see.
Free Hats
Since the new map was delayed and took longer than expected to release, the developers will be releasing a few new hats for players to choose from to say sorry for the delay.
Paid DLC Pack Announced
New Among Us content has always been free, and the new AIrship update is no exception, but it has been announced that the games first piece of paid DLC is coming to the game.The new pack will contain new cosmetics for players to use, including three new custom skins, new animations, and 13 hats.
